Gyutoh knife - Japanese chef's knife - produced by Miyabi, with blade of 24 cm, corrosion and shock resistant.
Features:
— The knife blade is made from 132 layers;
— Symmetrical blade is made from special hard MC67 steel (composed of Cobalt for corrosion resistance, Molybdenum for extra hardness and Vanadium for a long-lasting sharp blade)and coated in 132 layers of stainless steel with a design similar to Damascus blades;
— Blade treated through the cryogenic process CRYODUR® at -196 °C, which guarantees very high hardness;
— Honbazuke symmetrical blade with ultra-sharp edges ensures maximum cutting precision;
— The ergonomic Japanese handle, in the shape of the letter ''D'', ensures extremely easy and comfortable handling, allowing a controlled and balanced movement.
