Features:
— The knife blade is made from 101 layers;
— The symmetrical blade made from special hard MC63 steel (composed of Cobalt for extra corrosion resistance, Molybdenum for extra hardness and Vanadium for keeping the blade sharp for longer) coated in 101 layers of stainless steel with a design similar to Damascus blades;
— Blade is treated through CRYODUR® cryogenic process at -196 °C, which guarantees very high hardness;
— Honbazuke symmetrical blade with ultra-sharp margins ensures maximum cutting precision;
— The ergonomic Japanese handle, in the shape of the letter ''D'', ensures extremely easy and comfortable handling, allowing a controlled and balanced movement.
