Japanese Sujihiki knife, for slicing, produced by Miyabi, with a special blade of 24 cm, corrosion and shock resistant.
Like any other knife from MIYABI, a Sujihiki knife is distinguished by its own beauty and extremely sharp blade. Its 24 cm blade is long and narrow and is ideal for slicing, filleting or slashing any type of meat or fish.
It is used for preparing sashimi, sushi, fine fish and seafood fillets.
