- Symmetrical blade made of special CMV60 corrosion- and shock-resistant steel (alongside Cobalt for additional corrosion-resistance, Molybdenum for extra hardness and Vanadium for keeping the cutting edge sharp longer) coated in 65 layers of special stainless steel with a design similar to Damascus blades.
- Honbazuke blade which is ultra-sharp on both sides (individually sharpened by a Japanese master craftsman to achieve the specific sharpness of Japanese knives);
