Japanese Sujihiki knife for slicing, produced by Miyabi, with special blade of 24 cm, corrosion and shock resistant.
Like any other knife from MIYABI, a Sujihiki knife stands out through its own beauty and extremely sharp blade. The 24 cm blade is long and narrow and is ideal for slicing, filleting or cutting any type of meat or fish.
The knife is used for preparing sashimi, sushi and fine fillets of fish and seafood.

- Symmetrical blade made from special hard MC63 steel (Cobalt for extra corrosion resistance, Molybdenum for extra hardness and Vanadium for long-lasting sharpness) coated in 101 layers of stainless steel with Damascus-like blade design;
