Product description
Gyutoh, Japanese chef's knife, produced by Miyabi, with blade of 24 cm, resistant to corrosion and shocks.
Features:
- Symmetrical blade made from special CMV60 corrosion and shock resistant steel (has in its composition Cobalt for extra corrosion resistance, Molybdenum for extra hardness and Vanadium for keeping the sharp cut of the blade for a long time) coated in 65 layers of special stainless steel with a Damascus blade-like design.
- Honbazuke blade ultra-sharp on both sides (it is individually sharpened by a Japanese master craftsman to achieve the characteristic sharp cut of Japanese knives);
- The knife's blade is extended into the handle in the traditional “D-handle” manner for perfect balance and ergonomic use;
- Solid and easy-to-clean, the Micarta handle is made from resin-impregnated multi-layered synthetic material in combination with stainless steel.
For optimal sharpening and polishing results of the knives from the Miyabi 7000 D range, we recommend the use of sharpening stones from the same brand.
