Gyutoh knife - Japanese chef's knife - produced by Miyabi, with blade of 20 cm, shock-resistant.
Features:
— Symmetrical blade made from ultra-hard MicroCarbide FC61 steel covered in 48 layers of stainless steel;
— Ultra-sharp Honbazuke blade (individually sharpened by a Japanese master craftsman to achieve the characteristic sharp edge of Japanese knives);
— Knife blade is extended in the handle in the traditional “D-handle” way for perfect balance and ergonomic use;
— The blade is cryogenically treated through FRIODUR® at -196 °C, which guarantees very high hardness;
— Handle made from Pakka wood.
For optimal sharpening and polishing results of the knives from the Miyabi range 5000FCD, we recommend using the sharpening stones from the same brand.
