— The knife blade is made from 3 layers;
— The core of the blade contains MicroCarbide MC63 steel powder embedded in 2 layers of steel, it provides a hardness of approx. 63 Rockwell (International standard unit of hardness measurement);
— Cryogenically hardened blade through the CRYODUR® technique at -196°C, which also guarantees very high hardness;
— Genuine Japanese blade with a Tsuchime look (hammered finish), with a symmetrical 19° angle;
— Each blade is hand-finished based on the traditional Honbazuke method, which ensures maximum cutting precision;
— The handle made from Pakka wood provides stability and perfect balance regardless of the cutting technique used.
