SUJIHIKI knife, made by Zwilling, with blade length of 23 cm, made from N60 stainless steel.
N60 stainless steel is corrosion resistant and is distinguished by its special combination of chrome and carbon. It has a very fine structure and is hardened by the FRIODUR® cryogenic process at temperatures of -70 °C, resulting in an ultra-sharp and durable blade.
The Sujihiki knife is ideal for slicing any type of meat or fish.
The ergonomic handle made from 18/10 stainless steel offers comfort and safety during use.
Can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
