Tray for tarts, de Buyer brand, dimensions 20 x 8 x 2.7 cm, made from steel, coated with non-stick layer and fitted with removable base.

Due to its size and grooved shape, the tray is ideal for baking and preparing doughs for tarts or quiche.

The tray material enables the caramelization of the juices and will help you get a crispy crust. Of course, heat is evenly distributed for uniform baking.

The non-stick layer does not contain PFOA and will help you detach the food easily, protects the steel against oxidation and guarantees easier cleaning.

We recommend you to grease the tray with fat before use and use it only in the traditional oven up to the maximum temperature of 220°C. Do not use the product in the microwave and do not use metal objects when handling foods in the tray.

Care: the tray can be cleaned only manually, with a non-abrasive sponge.
