The HR® (High Resistance) ceramic developed in the Emile Henry laboratories withstands temperatures of up to 270°C and distributes heat evenly over the entire surface of the vessel. The enamel used to finish the dish protects it from scratches and chips (you can cut directly on the dish without scratching the product), making it possible to wash it in the dishwasher.
