Tray, produced by de Buyer, made from thick steel, dimensions: 31.5 × 21.5 × 0.4 cm (length x width x thickness), which will help you bake 6 delicious mini-savarins, mini baba or donuts. 

The molds of this tray are designed so that the circulation of hot air is optimized and facilitated.

Thanks to the steel the tray is made out of, it heats up quickly and the heat is distributed evenly, which allows for juices to caramelize and so you will always obtain excellent results.

The tray is very practical and functional, being coated in a non-stick layer that does not contain PFOA or PTFE which prevents the cakes from sticking to the tray. This coating also protects against oxidation and makes the tray cleaning process easier.

We recommend you to grease with fat this tray every time you use it.

Baking in the traditional oven is made up to the maximum temperature of 220°C. Do not use in microwave. Do not use metal objects inside the baking tray. 

Care: wash the tray manually, with a non-abrasive sponge. Do not clean the tray in the dishwasher.
