This pastry mould is flexible and hard to deform. The square mould does not oxidize, not even when exposed to very low temperatures, so it can also be put in the refrigerator or freezer. Its exterior is designed to withstand thermal shocks. The inner surface is very smooth, to confer a perfect structure to the cakes.

The mould is perforated to allow perfect baking. 

The product can also be used in the traditional oven and can be cleaned in dishwasher.
