Santoku, Japanese chef's knife, produced by Miyabi, with blade of 18 cm, resistant to corrosion and shocks.
Features:
- Symmetrical blade made from special CMV60 corrosion and shock resistant steel (has in its composition Cobalt for extra corrosion resistance, Molybdenum for extra hardness and Vanadium for keeping the blade sharp for a long time) coated in 65 layers of special stainless steel, with a design similar to Damascus blades.
- Honbazuke blade ultra-sharp on both sides (individually sharpened by a Japanese master craftsman to achieve the characteristic sharp edge of Japanese knives);
- Knife blade extended into the handle in the traditional "D-handle" way for perfect balance and ergonomic use;
- Solid and easy-to-clean, Micarta handle is made from resin-impregnated multi-layered synthetic material in combination with stainless steel.
