P 1000 spare filter, BRITA brand, for the My Pure P1 filter system

The P 1000 filter reduces the level of limescale and chlorine and leaves water free of impurities, its taste being fresh and natural. The P 1000 filter guarantees 100% filtered water and is fully certified.

The P 1000 filter has an excellent ability to filter and reduces the level of limescale thanks to the BRITA Multilevel filtration system. The product also filters metals such as lead or copper.

Depending on the selected water hardness level and water consumption, we recommend changing the filter every 12 months.

The change will be indicated by the status of the BRITA filter using the indicator LED. When the LED indicates the red color, the filter has to be changed. After replacing the filter, it is necessary to reset the faucet by pressing on the side of it.

Before installing the filtration system and the filter, it is necessary to perform a test to determine the level of water hardness. You will be able to do this using the test reactive strip provided in the package. Put the tape in a glass of water for 1 second and wait 1 minute for the results to appear.

If the tape is colored in:

-  red, orange or yellow (“+”), the filter will have a capacity of 1000 L;

- green, dark green (“++”), the filter will have a capacity of 500 L.
