Product description

Professional pancake pan, de Buyer brand, diameter 30 cm, height 1.5 cm, made of aluminum with a thickness of 3.3 mm. It has a non-stick PTFE coating, consisting of 5 layers, which does not contain PFOA and has an increased resistance to scratches.

The sloping and low sides of the pan allow the pancakes from the pan to slide easily into the plate on which they will be served.

The outside of the pan base features concentric circles that help with better heat distribution.

The very resistant handle of the pan is made of steel and is fastened with rivets.

It can be used on all types of hobs, except the induction hob.

Do not heat or overheat the pan on its own. Avoid temperature shocks. Do not use metal objects in the pan.
Cleaning: wash the product only by hand, without using abrasive sponges.
