The finishing was made with natural beeswax that protects the blinis pan against oxidation and facilitates the seasoning process before use (see details in the video below). After seasoning, the blinis pan gradually acquires natural non-stick properties. 

The highly resistant, French-style handle is made from steel and fastened with very solid rivets.

This blinis pan is suitable for cooking specialties such as blinis (Russian pancakes), vegetable fritters, American pancakes.

The product is compatible with any types of hobs, including induction hobs. 

Note: as it is used, it is normal for the pan to change colour (it will become darker) in an uneven way. This reaction is normal and ensures the development of the natural non-stick properties of the steel pan.

Advice: to preserve the natural non-stick properties, do not use detergents and do not clean this blinis pan in dishwasher.
