"CARBONE PLUS" pancake frying pan, 22 cm - "de Buyer" brand

Pancake pan, produced by de Buyer, diameter 22 cm, height 1.3 cm, made of steel, with a thickness of 2.5 cm, which does not deform.

The low profile, with sloping sides, allows easy transfer of the pancakes from pan to the plate they will be served on.

The higly resistant, French-style handle is made of steel and secured with very solid rivets.

The product can be used on all types of hobs, including the induction ones. 

Note: As it is used, it is normal for the pan to change colour (it will become darker) in an uneven way. This reaction is normal and ensures the development of the natural non-stick properties of the steel pan.

Note: to preserve the natural non-stick properties, do not use detergents and do not clean the pan in the dishwasher. Before the first use, the pan needs a treatment by lubricating and heating with oil, to obtain natural anti-adhesive characteristics.
