Pancake pan, steel, 24 cm, CARBONE PLUS - de Buyer

Pancake pan, diameter 24 cm, height 1.3 cm, made from 2.5-mm thick steel which does not deform, de Buyer brand.

The low tilted edges allow for easy transfer of pancakes from the pan to the plate where they will be served on.

The higly resistant, French-style handle is made of steel and secured with very solid rivets.

The pancake pan can be used on any type of cooktops, including induction hobs. 

Note: As it is used, it is normal for the pan to change colour (it will become darker) in an uneven way. This reaction is normal and ensures the development of the natural non-stick properties of the steel pan.

Note: to preserve the natural non-stick properties, do not use detergents and do not clean the pancake pan in the dishwasher. Before the first use, the pancake pan needs to be undergo a seasoning process to obtain natural non-stick features.
