Professional frying pan, de Buyer brand, diameter 36 cm, height 4.8 cm, made from aluminium, thickness 5 mm. The frying pan has non-stick 5-ply coating made of PTFE which is PFOA-free and is highly scratch-resistant.

This frying pan is ideal to reheat and prepare pre-cooked food before serving and to cook delicate dishes.

The "Lyonnaise" profile of this frying pan, with sloping and rounded sides, free of sharp angles, allows easy transfer of foods from frying pan to plate or to the dish they will be served on.
