Miyabi

The city of Seki has been an industrial center of Japanese swords and knives since the 14th century.

In 2004 ZWILLING JA HENCKELS merged with the most important manufacturer of knives in the city of Seki.

Today, the company uses German technique together with Japanese experience. The result is the manufacturing of Japanese knives at the highest standards.
