Nakiri knife from the Miyabi brand with shock-resistant blade of 17 cm. It is suitable for chopping vegetables and aromatic herbs.
Features:
- Symmetrical blade made from ultra-hard MicroCarbide FC61 steel coated in 48 layers of stainless steel;
- Ultra-sharp Honbazuke blade (individually sharpened by a Japanese master craftsman to achieve the characteristic sharp edge of Japanese knives);
- Knife blade extended in the traditional "D-handle" manner for perfect balance and ergonomic use;
- The blade is cryogenically treated through FRIODUR® at -196°C, which also guarantees very high hardness;
- Handle made from Pakka wood.
For optimal sharpening and finishing results for the knives from the Miyabi 5000FCD range, we recommend the use of sharpening stones from the same brand.
