Baguette pan, dimensions 37 x 16.2 x 2.5 cm, made of steel, with non-stick coating, de Buyer brand.
The baguette pan is ideal to bake 2 French baguettes or heat already prepared baguettes, but also to create the curved shape of the tuile biscuits or to create various chocolate textures.

The perforations allow the circulation of warm air, so the baking pan heats up quickly and reaches high temperatures, so that the baguettes can caramelize and get a crispy crust. Of course, the heat is equally distributed for a uniform baking.

The non-stick coating is PFOA-free and PTFE-free and protects the steel against oxidation and facilitates cleaning.

We advise you to use the baguette pan only in the traditional oven up to the maximum temperature of 220°C. Do not use the baguette pan in the microwave oven and do not use metal objects in the baking pan.

Care: the baguette pan can be cleaned only manually, with a non-abrasive sponge.
