Mont Bleu mini-pan for Blinis pancakes, diameter 12 cm, de Buyer brand

The frying pan is made of multi-ply material combining stainless steel on the outside and aluminum on the inside. This combination of metals helps to perfectly brown the entire surface of the foods.

The design is attractive and original, inspired from the French culture, with the ergonomic handle shaped as the Eiffel Tower. The handle is made of cast stainless steel and fastened with rivets.

The mini-pan can be used on all types of hobs, including induction hobs, and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Gradual increase of temperature is recommended when the pancake mini-pan is used. It is also recommended to polish the mini-pan with a cream for stainless steel maintenance after a long period of use, to restore its shine.
