Professional pancake frying pan, diameter 26 cm, height 1.65 cm, made from aluminum, thickness 4 mm, de Buyer brand.

The pancake pan has non-stick 5-ply PTFE coating, which is PFOA-free and highly scratch-resistant. 

Pancake pan's "Lyonnaise" profile with sloping and rounded sides, with no sharp angles, allows easy transfer of pancakes from frying pan onto the plate.

The pancake pan's outer side has a stainless-steel layer specially designed for induction, with honeycomb pattern that allows for better heat distribution.

The highly resistant handle is made of steel and is secured with rivets.

The pancake pan can be used on all types of hobs, including induction hobs.

Do not heat or overheat the pan on its own. Avoid temperature shocks. Do not use metal objects in the pan.
Cleaning: hand wash only, with a non-abrasive sponge.
