Pancake frying pan, de Buyer brand, diameter 12 cm, height 1 cm, made of aluminum with a thickness of 3.3 mm. The product has an anti-adhesive layer made from PFTE, consisting of 5 layers, which does not contain PFOA and has increased resistance to scratches.

The pan will help you prepare specialties such as: blinis (Russian pancakes), fritters (vegetable meatballs), pancakes (American pancakes).

The sloping and low sides of the pan allow easy sliding of the pancakes from the pan into the plate they will be served on.

The "Choc" range consists of products that do not deform, get heated gradually and constantly, their base is reinforced and the heat is distributed evenly throughout their entire surface. Also, the pans in this range have an anti-adhesive layer made from PFTE, consisting of 5 layers, which does not contain PFOA and it is durable in case of intensive use. 

The very resistant handle of the pan is made from steel, is secured with rivets and is coated with a resin that withstands high temperatures.

The pan can be used on all types of hobs, except for induction hobs.

Care and cleaning:

Do not overheat the pan and do not leave it on fire with no grease inside. Avoid thermal shocks and do not use metal objects in the pan.

The pan is cleaned only by manual washing with a non-abrasive sponge.
