The fireproof ceramic developed in the Emile Henry laboratories withstands temperatures from up to +270 °C and distributes heat evenly across the entire surface of the dish. The enamel used in finishing protects it from scratches and chipping (you can cut directly on the dish without scratching the product) making it dishwasher-safe.
