Made from special HR® (High Resistance) ceramic, this baking dish has a high thermal resistance in the oven, up to 270°C, being ideal for preparing soufflés and cakes. This technology makes the baking dish withstand thermal shocks; the baking dish can be transferred from refrigerator, from temperatures down to -20°C, directly into oven, and vice versa. This way, desserts can be served directly from this baking dish when they are taken out of the oven.
Thanks to the design, shape and to the specially processed material of this baking dish, heat is distributed evenly for a gradual baking and the results of your work are successful each time.
