Our kitchens have changed a lot over the years, but ceramic material is still used for baking. That's why Emile Henry developed this special vessel for baking bread, being able to offer results very close to traditional ovens.

The lid allows for uniform baking and provides constant humidity, important aspects in the preparation of quality bread. The small holes in the lid will help you get a light, elastic core and a crispy, golden skin.

The HR® (High Resistance) ceramic developed in the Emile Henry laboratories withstands temperatures of up to 270°C and distributes heat evenly over the entire surface of the vessel. The enamel used to finish the dish protects it from scratches and chips (you can cut directly on the dish without scratching the product), making it possible to clean it in the dishwasher.
