Made of special HR® (High Resistance) ceramic , this dish has a high thermal resistance, up to 270°C, in the oven, being ideal for preparing cakes. This technology makes the vessel resistant to thermal shocks; it can arrive from the refrigerator, from temperatures up to - 20°C, directly into the oven, and vice versa. Thus, the cakes can be served directly from this dish when they are taken out of the oven.
