33 x 6.4 cm "Professional" fine grater made of stainless steel - Microplane brand

The fine grater from the “Professional” range, “Microplane” brand, made of stainless steel, measuring 33 x 6.4 x 2.5 cm is specially designed to grate the ingredients extra finely, being excellent for citrus fruit, spices, hard cheeses (Parmesan, Romano, Asiago, Manchego), ginger, garlic, chili, cloves, chocolate and walnuts.

The hard ingredients will be turned into a powder, which will give an intense flavor to the dishes, and the soft ones will provide a fine and creamy texture to the dishes.

The blades are made of stainless steel and are extremely sharp and durable.

The comfortable and ergonomic handle, slightly curved, is made from TPE plastic, and the base has a non-slip material, for a stable use on slippery surfaces.

Each grater comes together with a plastic blade guard.

You can clean the grater in the dishwasher. The plastic guard shall be manually cleaned.
