The extra-coarse grater in the "Professional" range, "Microplane" brand made of stainless steel, measuring 33 x 7.4 x 2.5 cm, grates effortlessly, cheese and vegetables, keeping their texture intact, thanks to the very sharp and precise blades.

Impress your friends and family by adding flavour to salads and gratin dishes. You can easily use the grater for cabbage, potatoes, onions, carrots or apples.

The blades are made of stainless steel and are extremely sharp and durable.

The comfortable and ergonomic handle, slightly curved, is made from TPE plastic, and the base has a non-slip material, for a stable use on slippery surfaces.

Each grater comes together with a plastic blade guard.

You can clean the grater in the dishwasher. The plastic guard shall be cleaned manually.
