Grater in the "Gourmet Star" range, "Microplane" brand made of stainless steel with a size of 30.5 x 6.4 x 2.5 cm, thanks to the shape of the blades, is excellent for grating chocolate, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, Parmesan and even coconuts.

The blades are made of surgical stainless steel and are extremely sharp and durable.

The comfortable and ergonomic handle is made from TPE plastic and the base has a non-slip material, for a more stable use on slippery surfaces.

Durable star-shaped teeth help you get an extremely fine texture, so you can boast of more flavorful dishes with a great look. 

Each grater comes together with a plastic blade guard.

You can clean the grater in the dishwasher, on its top shelf. The plastic guard shall be cleaned manually.
