"Professional" grater, stainless steel, 33 x 6.4 cm - Microplane brand

Grater in the "Professional" range, "Microplane" brand made of stainless steel measuring 33 x 6.4 x 2.5 cm is suitable to grate ingredients that have a texture, such as: chocolate, ginger, coconuts, potatoes, carrots, radishes, onions, zucchini. You can also grate cheeses having an average consistency (Gouda, Chedar, Colby, Monterey Jack).

The blades are made of stainless steel and are extremely sharp and durable. Turn your dishes into special ones in an instant, whether they are salads, delicious spaghetti or cakes that you can decorate with chocolate or coconut.

The comfortable and ergonomic handle, slightly curved, is made of TPE plastic and the base is made of  a non-slip material, for a more stable use on slippery surfaces.

You can clean the grater in the dishwasher. The plastic guard shall be cleaned manually.
