Wok pan, stainless steel, with lid, 28 cm / 4 L, "Multiply" - WMF

The wok pan with lid "Multiply", produced by WMF, with a diameter of 28 cm, is perfect for preparing delicious Asian recipes.

The high-performance multi-layer construction, consisting of an aluminium core, interior made of Cromargan®, and exterior of chrome steel, ensures rapid heating and optimal heat distribution for efficient and economical cooking.

Both the wok and the lid are suitable for oven use.

The lid has a dome shape and features a steam release hole. The amount of steam released can be adjusted with a simple turn of the handle on the lid.

The wide pouring rim facilitates dosing and pouring liquids without dripping, making everyday cooking mess-free.

The handles are hollow inside and heat up much less than others with a similar tubular structure, thus remaining cool to the touch during use (does not apply when used in the oven).

Cromargan® is a special type of 18/10 stainless steel. It gives the pan non-corrosive properties, does not retain food odours or tastes, is hygienic, and scratch-resistant.

It can also be cleaned in the dishwasher, but manual washing is recommended.
