Universal thermometer with clamp - Zokura

Universal thermometer, Zokura brand, made of stainless steel, with 5.4 cm dial and 25 cm rod length (rod diameter 3,8 mm), which measures temperatures beetween 0°C - 300°C.

The thermometer displays the temperatures on Celsius scale.

With the help of the included clamp, the thermometer can also be used in pots to measure the temperature of liquids (oil, sugar syrup).

Temperature measurement
To measure the temperature of the steak, the thermometer rod is inserted into the meat. The orange indicator slides on the dial bezel to allow you to set a temperature benchmark.

To measure the temperature of the liquids, attach the clip to the measuring probe and fix the thermometer on the cooking pot.
