HR® Ceramic (High Resistance), developed in Emile Henry laboratories, withstands temperatures up to 270 °C and evenly distributes heat across the entire surface of the dish. The enamel used in finishing the dish protects it from scratches and chips (you can cut directly on the dish without scratching it), allowing it to be washed in the dishwasher.
