Expandable square pastry frame, size 20 x 20 cm, adjustable between 20-37 cm, made of stainless steel, de Buyer brand. The pastry frame is ideal for preparing mousse or cream-based desserts, sponge cake, Joconde biscuits. 

Easy to use thanks to its innovative design: setting and maintaining the size thanks to fixing notches located on the outer upper edge, which help in obtaining smooth surfaces. The pastry frame is waterproof on a flat baking base. 

Flexible stainless steel frame: flexible and sturdy for easy release of cakes.  

The pastry frame does not oxidize when exposed to low temperatures. 

You can use the pastry frame in refrigerator, freezer, blast chiller and oven (up to a temperature of 220°C).

Do not use with liquid preparations.

The pastry frame is dishwasher-safe. The pastry frame is detachable and can be easily stored.
