Product description
Japanese Shotoh knife for peeling fruits and vegetables, from the brand Miyabi, with a special blade of 14 cm, corrosion and shock resistant. It is suitable for cutting vegetables, herbs, fish, and meat.
Both the blade and the handle are made of the most precious materials, which mould the knife's striking appearance. What's more, the powerful SG2 micro-carburized steel powder core is protected by 100 layers of steel. MIYABI's innovative ice-hardening process guarantees the durability of CRYODUR blades for a lomg time. Beneath its beautiful exterior, the Damask flower pattern offers extra durability.
The scalpel-like blade is complemented by an equally striking Karelian birch (Masur) handle. A prized material for knife handles, Karelian birch is also the only wood ever used in a Faberge egg.
