Made in Seki, Japan, MIYABI knives combine Japanese craftsmanship with German engineering expertise to produce the finest kitchen knives. Featuring a shiny, almost mirror-like finish, the ice-hardened blade is extremely durable and corrosion resistant. Made from revolutionary MicroCarbide FC61 steel, these knives feature the well-known edge of Japanese knives.
The ergonomic handle with 3 rivets encourages a fatigue-free cutting, suitable for both Western and Asian cutting styles. With the utmost attention to detail, skilled craftsmen ensure that each knife is of the highest quality. It takes more than 100 steps and 42 days to create a knife worthy of the MIYABI brand.
