Experience the beauty of the 4000FC Miyabi range and discover the Japanese art underlying these knives. The blade of the knives in this range is constructed from a single layer of FC61 steel, a hard (HRC 61) and durable material. The blade is extremely precise and smooth, inspired by the traditional Japanese Katana swords.
The look of the knives in this range combines traditional appearance with modern design, thanks to the ergonomic octagonal handles made from Pakka wood.
