Saucepan with lid, diameter 20 cm, made of aluminum, with non-stick coating, PFOA-free, made in Italy, Ballarini Rialto® brand

The frying pans and saucepans in this range have in their composition a KERAVIS-type non-stick coating (3-ply), with protective ceramic layer, very resistant to high temperatures and easy to clean.

The saucepan is made of nonharmful forged aluminum, with thickness of 3.5 mm. The shape of the forged aluminum results by pressing pure aluminum (98%). This process is difficult and long-lasting, but it is an additional guarantee that the cookware will not deform.

The base of the saucepan ensures a very fast heating and even distribution of heat across the entire inner surface of the saucepan, so that the shape or position of foods in the saucepan become irrelevant.

The product has 2 ergonomic handles, thermally insulated for a perfect grip. The saucepan is equipped with steel protection at the base of the handles for long-term safety and resistance, as well as for the prevention of wear.

The saucepan includes a tight-sealing glass lid fitted with steam control system.

Ballarini has its products constantly tested at reputed international agencies, such as Neotron (Italy), LGA (Germany) and Danish Institute (Denmark), to make sure that the non-stick coats of company's products are 100% suitable and safe for cooking.

Ballarini cookware do NOT contain PFOA (perfluorooctanic acid), heavy metals (cadmium, etc.) or nickel.

The saucepan can be used on all types of hobs, except for induction hobs. The product can be cleaned in dishwasher, preferably at a low temperature.
