It all started in 1889, when Paolo Ballarini opened a workshop in which he skillfully crafted kitchen utensils. This was the cornerstone of an important and long-lasting family business.

In the 20th century, Ballarini faced all the challenges of the new century through hard work, but also by opening up to the new. Thus, when the first Teflon frying pan appeared, Ballarini felt the huge potential behind this innovation and invested considerably in the technology needed to produce these types of  frying pans.

The company has gained a leading position in the market of non-stick cooking utensils, through determination and vision.
