Saucepan with lid, Demeyere brand, 18 cm in diameter and a capacity of 2.2 l, made of 18/10 stainless steel with matt appearance and welded handle made of stainless steel.

The surface is finished with SILVINOX® technology. The base is 6,4 mm thick and consists of 7 layers using InductoBase® technology.

The InductoBase® consists of 7 layers with a thermoconductive core made of pure aluminum. This aluminum layer guarantees a uniform transfer of heat through the base and ensures optimal cooking, even at a low temperature setting. The three layers from the bottom together form TriplInduc®.

The lid, 18 cm in diameter, is made from 18/10 stainless steel with matt appearance and welded handle from stainless steel. The lid fits any cookware of the same diameter.

State-of-the-art multi-layered material

The 7-PLY multi-layered material has a thickness between 3 and 3.3 mm, distributing heat evenly from bottom up, over the entire surface of the saucepan.

All Demeyere products are made from 18/10 stainless steel and the surfaces are finished using the BRINOX® or SILVINOX technologies® (depending on the range). Stainless steel welded handles prevent the accumulation of leftovers, guaranteeing a hygienic cooking process.
