The grill hob is made of cast iron and has a smooth surface and is suitable for cooking eggs, pancakes, meat, fish, but also shells, squid, shrimp or other shellfish.

The grill is equipped with two thermostats that can be adjusted individually, which gives you the opportunity to cook two different types of food at the same time, such as vegetables and fish. You can adjust the grill temperature up to the 260°C threshold.

On the left side of the hob, there is a mechanism that locks the detachable hob or unlocks it when you want to remove it for a complete cleaning.

The hob is fitted with a fat drain tray, as well as with a scraping tool. The drain plug, located on the front of the hob, retains oil and grease during cooking. If you remove the plug, the fat will drain into the tray, giving you the opportunity to cook healthier.

To remove food remnants, scrape them off with the scraping tool and, then, clean the hob manually, without using abrasive sponges or in the dishwasher.
