Maslin pan, 30 cm/10 l "Resto", stainless steel - Demeyere

Pot with lid for preparing jam, Demeyere brand, 30 cm diameter, 10 l capacity, 18/10 stainless steel.

The base of the jam pot is made of a special 5-layer alloy, 5.5 mm thick. This special combination of different alloys, including aluminum, does not concentrate the heat in one place, but spreads evenly over the entire surface of the pan.
Thanks to the magnetic stainless steel on the outside, the pan is suitable for all hobs, including induction ones.

The surface is finished with Silvinox© technology. It is a unique electrochemical surface treatment system that enriches the material by removing impurities from its surface.
This makes stainless steel easy to clean and offers greater resistance to fingerprints, aggressive detergents or very acidic foods. The products remain silvery-white, even after many years of use.
