Bain-marie pot, de Buyer brand, made from stainless steel, 16 cm in diameter, capacity 1.5 l, with thick base and 2-walled cavity, which can be filled with water.

The walls can be filled with water through a valve located and operated on its handle. At the base, there is a transparent indicator that allows you to see if the dish walls are filled with water.

This allows heating to low temperatures to melt chocolate or keep sauces warm.

Do not use the product unless the double walls have been filled with water.

The product can also be used on induction hobs. To be washed only manually.
