Features:
- The tajine cooking pot is matte black enamelled on the inside.
- Heat is distributed over the entire surface of the cooking pot, which prevents the food from burning.
- They are very resistant to chipping.
Recommendations:
- Must be heated gradually and it is recommended that you cook over moderate heat - it helps to intensify the flavours.
- Use oil when you are cooking - the oils (fats) used during cooking will penetrate the pores of the matte enamel and create a smooth natural non-stick surface. That is why the Staub cookware get better and better as the years go by, as you use them.
This cookware can be used on all types of hobs, including induction hobs.
The tajine is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
All recipes cooked in this type of cookware are called the same, tagine/tajine.
