Conical strainer, 22 cm - "de Buyer" brand

Conical strainer with double fine sieve, de Buyer brand. Made of stainless steel, it is ideal for preparing pastry creams, jellies, or sorbets.

It has been designed for constant and long-term use, being extremely resistant to deformations.

With a double sieve, it is provided with drainage holes with a diameter of 0.4 mm, for fine filtration. It has a welded, curved steel handle that cannot be bent. The handle ensures an ergonomic grip, and, together with the fixing hook placed in front of the container, ensures a perfect attachment to the dishes/surfaces on which the strainer is placed, preventing the contents from spilling.

It can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
