Made of stainless steel, the colander is ideal for straining pastry creams, jellies, or sorbets.

Product designed for intensive and long-term use, being extremely resistant to deformations.

The double sieve has 0.4 mm drain holes for a fine filtration. The handle is curved, welded, being made of non-deformable steel. The handle ensures an ergonomic grip and, together with the hook placed in front of the colander, ensures a perfect attachment to the dishes/surfaces on which the colander is placed, preventing spillage of the contents.
